On September 19, Lithuanian Foreign Minister Kęstutis Budrys arrived in Ukraine for an official visit.

The diplomat shared this news on social media X, where he also posted a video recorded at St. Michael's Square in Kyiv.

He highlighted the bravery, determination, and resilience of Ukrainians, especially those from Kyiv.

"Despite the ongoing Russian aggression and deadly night attacks, Ukrainians are refusing to back down — they are working, studying, rebuilding, and courageously defending not only Ukraine but all of Europe," the minister stated.

Budrys assured that Lithuania stands by Ukraine at all times and will continue to do so until peace and victory are achieved.
