Uzhhorod has welcomed the stunning cherry blossoms. The city council has shared captivating images of the blooming streets.
Cherry blossoms are one of Uzhhorod's main tourist attractions, typically flowering from mid-April to early May for about two weeks.
“The streets and parks are adorned with pink blooms, creating a serene atmosphere for both locals and visitors, despite the late spring.
This year, we appreciate this beauty with grateful hearts, recognizing that this spring is possible thanks to our defenders,” the city council noted.
Cherry blossoms remind us that life continues, and spring is a time for renewal and hope.
We remind you that we have also published a list of locations across Ukraine where you can witness the cherry blossoms.
The flowering season typically begins in April, but this year, due to the colder weather, the blooms are delayed.
