In the first quarter of 2025, Ukraine registered 12,800 electric vehicles (BEV).

This is reported by Ukravtoprom.

The regions with the highest registration numbers include:

• Lviv region – 1961 units (94% used);
• Kyiv city – 1632 units (68% used);
• Kyiv region – 1120 units (76% used);
• Dnipropetrovsk region – 986 units (80% used);
• Odesa region – 761 units (76% used).

Among new vehicles, the most popular electric car was the BYD Song Plus EV.

Regarding imported used cars:

• TESLA Model Y – in Kyiv and surrounding areas.
• TESLA Model 3 – in Lviv and Dnipropetrovsk regions.
• NISSAN Leaf – in Odesa region.

As a reminder:

• In the first quarter, Ukrainians purchased 12,000 imported used passenger cars aged up to 5 years.
