For the first time since the full-scale invasion, two maritime trips have been made from the Ukrainian port of "Chornomorsk" to the Georgian port of "Batumi".
This was reported by Tymofiy Murakhovskyi, the Director of Commercial Operations and Logistics at "Ukrzaliznytsia", according to "Interfax-Ukraine".
"Two trips were made on March 18 and 26 from the port of "Chornomorsk" to the port of "Batumi", with a third trip planned for next week," he stated.
He noted that the initial trips in March were conducted under conditions of information silence. He urged businesses to actively engage in this direction.
He also highlighted that the project is being implemented with the participation of the shipping company "Ukrferry" from Odesa and the subsidiary of "Ukrzaliznytsia" UZ Cargo Poland from Warsaw.
