The National Police of Ukraine has recorded a significant number of bomb threat notifications, exceeding 2000. This was reported by the press service of the NPU.
It is noted that starting from 09:30 on January 30, electronic addresses of state authorities, educational institutions, and businesses began receiving multiple bomb threat notifications.
As of 12:10, the police have received over 2000 notifications regarding bomb threats from various regions, including Vinnytsia, Volyn, Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, and others.
The NPU stated that almost 30% of these notifications have been checked, and the information was not confirmed.
Inspections of other sites are ongoing.
On January 30, notifications about bomb threats were also received for several facilities in the capital, including government institutions and educational facilities.
