Ukrainian Defense Minister Denys Shmyhal and Norway's Minister of Defense Tore Sandvik have signed a significant agreement regarding joint drone production. Shmyhal announced this on his Facebook page. 

«We are entering a new era of military collaboration with Norway, which will significantly enhance Ukraine's defense capabilities», Shmyhal stated.

According to him, the next step involves rapidly launching a pilot production line by 2026 while simultaneously working on increasing production capacity.

«We are ready to share our innovations and experiences with Norway. This will enable us to provide our soldiers with modern drones and foster scientific collaboration with leading Norwegian institutions», Shmyhal emphasized.

He also thanked Norway for its support and noted that «this project is a prime example of international cooperation that strengthens the defense capabilities of all democratic nations».
