In Ukraine, 13,362 new Support Points have been established. Of these, 9,025 are operational continuously, while the remaining 4,337 are ready to open quickly if needed.
Russian forces continue to deliberately target critical infrastructure, undermining the survival of urban areas. In this way, the aggressor state aims to disrupt the heating season, using cold and darkness as weapons against civilians.
On the night of November 19, the enemy carried out a massive attack on the Lviv, Ivano-Frankivsk, Chernihiv, Kharkiv, and Dnipropetrovsk regions. In Ternopil, rescue operations are ongoing. The death toll has risen to 31 individuals, with 94 injured. Currently, 13 people are considered missing.
More than 230 rescuers from nine regions of Ukraine, involving 50 units of equipment, are eliminating the aftermath of the attacks. In the city and region, Support Points are operational where people can warm up, drink hot tea, charge their phones, access the internet, and receive assistance. Many points are equipped with first-aid kits, emergency supplies, blankets, and drinking water.
All points are equipped with essential equipment – generators, heating devices, internet access, and other necessary resources.
The Ministry of Community and Territorial Development of Ukraine coordinates efforts with regional military administrations to ensure the stable operation of the Support Points network and their readiness to function under any conditions.
