Teams from "Ukrzaliznytsia", alongside partners and experts, are working tirelessly to restore online services.

"A backup infrastructure has been established in a secure environment, and all components necessary for the restart of critical systems from backups are prepared. Careful diagnostics of backups and identification of potentially harmful elements are ongoing. Complex relationships between different systems are being restored," the message states.
UZ noted that ticket offices at all stations are operating in enhanced mode with extended hours. For example, in Kyiv on March 24, 18 ticket offices were opened instead of the usual 8. All trains continue to run strictly on schedule.

The online systems of "Ukrzaliznytsia" faced a significant targeted cyber attack on March 23: the restoration of all systems lasted throughout the previous day and is still ongoing.
The key ticket sales system of "Ukrzaliznytsia", which serves all ticket offices, withstood the attack and remains operational.
