The Ukrainian Ministry of Defense has announced the launch of beta testing for new features to obtain mobilization deferrals via the Reserve+ app. This information was shared in a statement from the Ministry.
«Soon, new categories of mobilization deferrals will be available in the Reserve+ application,» the statement said.
Parents raising children under 18 years alone and individuals caring for relatives with disabilities can apply for an online deferral.
The Ministry invites everyone who falls into these categories to participate in the testing and to be among the first to use the service.
To do this, a short form must be filled out at the link. The Ministry reminds users how the online deferral works.
Users need to submit a request through the Reserve+ app. The system verifies the information in state registries. If confirmed, the deferral is granted, and this information appears in the electronic military document.
The process is fully automated, usually taking a few hours and does not require document collection, visits to territorial recruitment centers, or long waits for case consideration.
With Reserve+, individuals can receive decisions quickly, transparently, and without unnecessary bureaucracy.
Currently, the following categories can obtain deferrals in Reserve+: people with disabilities; parents of three or more children born in one marriage; parents of children with disabilities; spouses of defenders with children; husbands or wives of individuals with disabilities; those with temporary unfitness; students and postgraduates; employees of higher educational institutions.
