The Ukrainian Ministry of Economy has entered into an agreement with the American corporation Bell Textron Inc to foster industrial technology development in the aviation sector. The signing ceremony took place in Washington during the AUSA 2025 international exhibition with the participation of a Ukrainian delegation.
Deputy Minister of Economy Vitaliy Kindraty and Bell's Executive Vice President Jeffrey Schlosser signed a memorandum aimed at collaboration in aviation production.
The document outlines plans for establishing infrastructure in Ukraine for high-tech manufacturing.
This partnership aims to revive the Ukrainian helicopter industry, as Bell Textron Inc prepares to initiate helicopter production in Ukraine and open a local office.
Additionally, Bell plans to create an assembly and testing center and facilitate technology transfer and training for Ukrainian specialists in the USA.
These initiatives will serve as the foundation for licensed helicopter production in Ukraine and strengthen the aviation industry.
"This memorandum is a significant step for developing modern manufacturing in Ukraine and attracting investments," emphasized Kindraty.
