Currently, over 23 million Ukrainians are utilizing electronic documents and online services via the "Diia" platform. Since its launch in October 2024, the user base has expanded by two million, as reported by Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
The portal has been operational since 2020, during which 33 digital documents and more than 70 services have been introduced. Through this app, Ukrainians can access digital passports, diplomas, vehicle registration, marriage services, and much more.
Additionally, over 25,000 government institutions and companies have integrated "Diia" services. This enables users to share digital documents instead of physical IDs, utilize "Diia.Signature" for transactions, and automate processes instead of filling them out manually.
In early September, Ukraine became the first country to launch a government assistant powered by artificial intelligence within "Diia". This agent can answer questions and provide services directly in chat.
By the end of September, a new feature was added to "Diia", allowing users to apply for multiple social benefits in one request. In the summer, the multi-account "Diia.Card" was also launched, enabling users to receive state benefits.
Among other features of the platform is the weapon registration service, which generated 200,000 permits in just one week, along with a quick reporting tool for internet or communication issues, and even a certificate of singleness.
