The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine is expanding its collaboration with Mastercard to enhance cybersecurity and support the development of digital technologies for entrepreneurs. This memorandum was signed by First Deputy Prime Minister Mykhailo Fedorov and Mastercard representatives during a significant meeting.
Mastercard has always been a reliable partner. Together, we have implemented numerous initiatives that support businesses and improve the daily lives of Ukrainians. This new memorandum opens up fresh opportunities for our collaboration. We will jointly work on enhancing financial literacy, developing digital tools within the Diia.Business framework, and launching new GovTech initiatives and cybersecurity projects.
Key areas of our collaboration include:
- Enhancing the digital maturity of small and medium enterprises through the Diia.Business project;
- Developing digital products for secure payments and access to public services;
- Improving financial literacy through educational programs;
- Advancing GovTech initiatives in collaboration with the Global Government Technology Centre Kyiv;
- Launching new educational projects in cybersecurity.
For many years, Mastercard has actively collaborated with governments, supporting them in their digital transformation efforts. In Ukraine, we are implementing initiatives that promote digital progress and are excited to embark on a new phase of our collaboration. Our goal is to develop digital financial tools for Ukrainians.
As part of our partnership, numerous pivotal initiatives have been realized, including the launch of the Diia.Business portal and the opening of consultation centers in Ukraine and abroad.
Mastercard has also contributed to the development of financial features for the e-Entrepreneur service, enabling entrepreneurs to obtain necessary services online. Together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation and partner banks, educational programs are being implemented to support entrepreneurs.
