On Saturday, September 27, 2025, from 09:30 to 23:00, scheduled maintenance will occur for updating the Unified State Register of War Veterans (USRWV), as reported by the Ministry of Veterans Affairs of Ukraine.
During this time, the Registry will be temporarily unavailable, and services integrated with it will also be inaccessible, including:
- digital veteran IDs in the «Diia» and «Veteran Pro» apps;
- online and offline services related to the USRWV;
- status verification for veterans in authorized personnel offices (KUO);
- automated status checks for benefits and payments.
The Ministry assures that all personal data of users will remain secure. Once the maintenance is completed, the Registry and its associated services will resume normal operations.
The Unified State Register of War Veterans serves as an official database containing information about individuals recognized as war veterans, combatants, and those affected by the war. The Registry provides automated status verification for granting benefits, social services, and government support. It is integrated with several digital services that simplify access to rights and guarantees for veterans.
The Ministry of Veterans urges everyone to consider the temporary restrictions in operations and to inform veterans and citizens about potential inconveniences.
