Nova Poshta has alerted customers about fraudulent SMS being sent in its name and urged caution.

The press service of Nova Poshta states that clients have begun receiving SMS from unknown numbers stating: "Your parcel has been delayed due to an incorrect index." These messages contain a dangerous link, supposedly for confirming the address, but in reality, it is meant to collect personal information.

"Do not click on the link in the SMS and do not share your personal data. Delete the message and warn your relatives, especially elderly people, who might not recognize the scam," the company emphasized.
