This year's poster reflects the current state of Ukraine – heated, scarred, and cracked, yet whole and strong.
Culture, an important part of which is cinema, serves as a powerful tool for healing and uniting the country.
The iconic image of Odesa and the Odesa International Film Festival – Duke – on the poster is complemented by a red heart symbolizing our humanity, resilience, and ability to empathize. This emphasizes this year's OIFF slogan – “Resilience is in our DNA”.
