American billionaire Elon Musk has declared his intention to allocate $1 million for the creation of large wall murals depicting Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska, who was tragically killed in the US.

The owner of Tesla and SpaceX shared this news on social media.

"I will contribute $1 million," Musk stated in response to a proposal by Eoghan McCabe, CEO of the American tech company Intercom, to create murals featuring the slain Ukrainian in cities across America.

"I am offering $500,000 in grants of $10,000 each for the creation of murals depicting Irina Zarutska in well-known cities in the United States," McCabe wrote in a social media post.

He provided contacts for those interested in contributing to the initiative and encouraged the sharing of this call.

It’s worth noting that 23-year-old Ukrainian refugee Irina Zarutska was killed in late August at a train station in Charlotte, North Carolina. On September 8, President Donald Trump condemned the horrific murder of 23-year-old Irina Zarutska in Charlotte, promising to investigate the details of this tragedy, expressing condolences to the victim's family, and comparing the incident to other manifestations of anti-Christian bias in the country.
