The Ministry of Community Development and Territories is initiating a new partnership with the World Bank under the Ukraine Project Preparation Framework (Ukraine PPF). The first project will focus on the reconstruction of the M15 highway connecting Odessa and Reni.
This information was released by the ministry's press service.
The project involves comprehensive reconstruction and construction of various sections and elements of the M15 highway.
Included are a bridge over the Dniester River in the village of Mayaky, interchanges at the M-28 / M-14 roads, along with numerous other structures and kilometers of new roads.
“The implementation of this project will enhance capacity, safety, and economic potential of the southern transport corridor in Ukraine,” the statement reads.

The government has approved the procedure for using funds from the State Regional Development Fund (SRDF) for 2025. This year, the state budget allocates 1 billion hryvnias for the SRDF.
