More than 170 Ukrainian defense manufacturers have gained access to a closed database of the Ministry of Defense for finding components in a new system known as the "Components Library".
This service operates as a secure digital database exclusively for verified manufacturers in Ukraine. Currently, the platform offers over 130 components produced within the country.
According to the Ministry of Defense, manufacturers can find necessary parts for drones, electronic warfare, and other products in the "Components Library". At the same time, component suppliers can also post their offers and receive orders.
How the service works:
- Authorization through the "Diia" system and verification by a moderator. Access to system functionalities is granted only after accreditation as a "User" or "Supplier";
- Product listings organized by pre-defined categories and specifications developed in collaboration with manufacturers;
- Secure exchange of contact information – only through a moderator, preventing unauthorized access to sensitive data.
Direct interactions between sellers and buyers, as well as commercial transactions and payments, occur outside the platform. Registration in the "Components Library" can be done on the official website.
As of the end of May, 156 users had been accredited on the platform, with 97 components listed across various categories.
The launch of the "Components Library" was announced in early April 2025. This digital platform enables weapon and component manufacturers to find each other, establish partnerships, and expand local production.
