The occupying forces are attempting to identify Ukrainians who are celebrating Ukraine's Independence Day in the temporarily occupied territories.

"In the temporarily occupied areas, Russian troops have intensified their measures to find those who are celebrating Flag Day or Independence Day," the message states.

It is noted that selective checks are being conducted on the streets, including inspections of mobile phones. The occupiers also encourage "loyal" residents to report on the "suspicious" activities.

"Moscow fears our celebrations as they symbolize our resilience. That is why the enemy exhibits particular activity during these days. Stay vigilant," the Center added.
