Temporary Service Interruption in Diia Due to Updates

From August 16 to August 18, certain Diia services will be unavailable due to planned updates by the Ministry of Justice.

From 8:00 PM on August 16 to 8:00 AM on August 18, some services in Diia will not be available due to scheduled updates by the Ministry of Justice.

This information was announced by the Diia press service.

"Diia does not store your personal data; it is displayed from state registries while using the service. Therefore, during the updates in the registries – UDR, DRACS, DRRP, and others – related services will be temporarily unavailable on the Diia portal and app," the statement said.

Specifically, the following services will not be operational:

  • Registration and termination of individual entrepreneurs;
  • Diia.QR;
  • eRecovery;
  • Employee booking;
  • Duplicate certificates and extracts from DRACS;
  • Vehicle re-registration;
  • Records of name change;
  • Records of birth;
  • Records of marriage;
  • Records of divorce;
  • Birth certificates;
  • Extract about a child's place of residence;
  • Subsidy application;
  • eBaby;
  • State registration of property rights;
  • Information from the State Register of Property Rights;
  • Extract from UDR;
  • LLC registration under a model charter;
  • Change of residence;
  • Applications to the International Registry of Losses;
  • eWork grants;
  • Construction services;
  • eEntrepreneur;
  • eHousing;
  • eDeclaration;
  • Online marriage (except for the engagement service).
