Two individuals lost their lives in a small aircraft crash in the Spanish municipality of Ponton de Reken (Valencia).

The emergency call was received around 11:25 AM, prompting the dispatch of four firefighting teams from the Valencia Provincial Fire Consortium, along with a regional government wildfire unit, Civil Guard and local police patrols, and SAMU ambulance services.

Upon arrival, officials could only confirm the deaths of two people on board the aircraft. Meanwhile, firefighters worked to extinguish the fire caused by the crash.

The firefighting team has completed their task and left the scene, transferring responsibility for the operation to the Civil Guard.
