A video has emerged on TikTok allegedly featuring President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky promising financial support to citizens who stayed in the country after February 24, 2022. The claimed amount is 7348 hryvnias.

This information was reported by the Center for Counteracting Disinformation, which emphasizes that the video is fabricated.

To 'receive' the funds, users are urged to follow a link in the profile and fill out a form.

'In reality, such payments do not exist, and the video is entirely fictional. The goal of spreading such fakes is to increase the audience of Telegram channels linked in the posts,' the statement reads.

The Center advises obtaining reliable information regarding payments only from official government sources. Previously, the Center debunked a similar fake about a supposed payment of 24,000 hryvnias to citizens who did not leave the country after the war began.
