Fire Breaks Out in Kryzhopil Hospital: Emergency Services Respond Quickly

A significant fire at a hospital in Kryzhopil was quickly extinguished by emergency services, with 13 individuals evacuated. The cause of the fire is under investigation.

On August 7th, a fire broke out at a hospital in Kryzhopil, located in the Vinnytsia region. Emergency services successfully extinguished the blaze that affected the roof of one of the hospital's departments.

This information was shared by the State Emergency Service of Ukraine on their Facebook page.

“This morning, firefighters in Vinnytsia managed to extinguish a large fire that erupted in a department of the hospital in Kryzhopil. The fire covered an area of 400 square meters,” the report states.

According to the report, 11 patients and two medical staff were evacuated from the affected department, and fortunately, there were no injuries.

To contain and extinguish the fire, 48 firefighters and ten units of equipment were deployed.

The cause of the fire is currently being investigated.
