The Ukrainian company Teletactica, specializing in the development of communication systems resilient to electronic warfare, has announced that it has secured $1.5 million in investments from MITS Capital and Green Flag Ventures. The funding will be directed towards scaling the next generation of tactical communication systems for the frontline and entering European markets.

According to the company’s press release, the funding round was led by MITS Capital, an investment group focused on supporting Ukrainian defense innovations. Previously, Teletactica successfully completed the MITS acceleration program and raised pre-seed funding.

Green Flag Ventures, which joined the funding round, is a leading venture firm from the USA and Ukraine that invests in dual-use technologies, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity in Ukraine.

Teletactica develops modular secure communication equipment designed to operate in intensive electronic warfare conditions and in the absence of GPS. Flagship products include video modems, telemetry modems, and antennas.

Green Flag Ventures noted that Teletactica is expanding its product line in Ukraine and is preparing to increase sales and partnerships in Europe.

“We are creating battlefield-proven solutions for situations where traditional systems fail,” said Teletactica co-founder and CEO Yevhen Zhebko.

The company’s products are designed for low-latency data transmission and, according to the company, demonstrate five times better price-to-performance ratio compared to European and American counterparts. The data packet loss rate does not exceed 1-5% even under heavy jamming.

“We provide jamming resilience, real-time operation, and scalability—all at a price that ensures rapid mass deployment,” said Teletactica co-founder and CTO Anton Hetman.

Teletactica’s developments are compact and energy-efficient, making them ideal for UAVs, ground robots, and other small unmanned platforms. All solutions are designed with scalable production and support in mind. Teletactica products are already actively used in Ukraine and are being adapted to NATO standards.

Additionally, recently the technology company “Fourth Law” based in Kyiv announced its first funding round from a group of venture capital and angel investors from the EU, USA, and Canada.
