During a meeting led by President Volodymyr Zelensky, discussions revolved around the enhancement of defense production, agreements with international partners, and the provision of necessary supplies to the military.

The president shared updates via Telegram. 

«We held a meeting focused on defense matters: emphasizing our own weapon production, agreements with partners, and supplies for the Ukrainian army. We are thoroughly reviewing the execution of contracts and investment projects,» - stated Zelensky.

He also highlighted that the participants identified key actions to be taken in the near future, as well as essential indicators to assess the effectiveness of defense management by the end of this year.

«We need to increase our domestic weapon production,» - emphasized the President.

Attendees included Prime Minister Denys Shmyhal and Defense Minister Rustem Umerov, among others.
