A serious traffic accident occurred in the Ternopil region, claiming the lives of four individuals.

This was reported by the State Emergency Service.

According to rescuers, on July 9 at 16:13 on the R-43 highway Ternopil–Zbarazh–Lanivtsi, near the village of Synyava in the Zbarazh community, a collision involving a passenger car and a truck took place.

As a result of the crash, four people died, including the driver and passengers of the car.

According to the State Emergency Service: "Rescuers extracted one deceased individual from the wrecked vehicle and stabilized the truck to prevent further hazards. The police are investigating the circumstances of the accident".
