LLC 'Elios Luchki', part of the Helios Strategia group, has entered into an investment loan agreement with Oschadbank amounting to 10.8 million euros for the construction of a new photovoltaic power station in Transcarpathia.

This was reported by the press service of Oschadbank.

The agreement includes the construction of a solar power station with a capacity of 22.35 MW, equipped with a 16 MW inverter, as well as the installation of an energy storage system (ESS) with a capacity of 33.44 MWh in the Mukachevo district of Transcarpathia.

The construction is expected to be completed and the facility commissioned by January 2026.

'This project is not only a step towards decentralized energy but also showcases the technological readiness of Ukrainian companies to implement complex infrastructure solutions,' said Elena Skripnik, founder of Helios Strategia.

The international engineering group Helios Strategia specializes in EPC projects in solar energy and the implementation of energy storage solutions for industrial and commercial sectors. The total capacity of solar power projects involving the group reaches 1.2 GW. Other facilities of the group are mainly located in Dnipropetrovsk, Odesa, and Mykolaiv regions.
