The Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine has introduced a new feature in the "Diia" mobile app — Ukrainians can now replace their vehicle registration documents entirely online. This will be useful in cases of loss, damage, changes in license plates, or switching to a digital format.

To use this service, open the "Diia" app, navigate to Services → Drivers → Replace Registration Document, sign the application, and choose a convenient delivery method for the new document — either to a post office or by courier from Ukrposhta.

This service is available for vehicle owners who meet the following criteria:

• at least 18 years old;
• have a tax number (TIN) registered in "Diia";
• possess a biometric document (ID card or residence permit) in "Diia";
• own a registered vehicle.

The service operates without the need to visit an MVS service center.
