Howard Buffett, a well-known philanthropist, recently visited Kherson, where he interacted with children and healthcare workers at an underground hospital.
This was reported by the head of the Kherson Military Administration, Yaroslav Shanko, on his Facebook page.

«Howard Buffett, a friend of Ukraine, came to our city. He toured our underground hospital, where surgeries are performed under challenging conditions. Howard spoke with patients and doctors, learning about the difficulties faced by the healthcare system in Kherson», - Shanko noted.

An important aspect of his visit was the interaction with children, facilitated by the organization «United by Love for Children». Buffett visited various children's clubs, presented them with gifts, and participated in a New Year's celebration for the kids.

Shanko expressed his gratitude to Howard Buffett for his support and assistance to Kherson.

The American businessman and philanthropist, recognized as one of Ukraine's largest private donors, assured that his help to the region will continue.
