The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, addressed the opening of the annual security forum Welt in Berlin. The event gathered European political leaders, military representatives, and investors to discuss security in Europe and modern military technologies.
Klitschko pointed out that the future of Europe, its stability, and security are being determined on the Ukrainian front. He stressed the critical need for increased military support from partners, considering it the most effective investment in Europe’s safety. “Inaction may lead to dire consequences,” he emphasized.
He also appealed for international support for Ukrainians to endure the winter, particularly requesting generators and other autonomous power supplies.
On November 12, Klitschko will participate in the Kyiv Investment Forum 2025, which will take place under the slogan “Investing in Resilience. Shaping the Future.” This event will bring together investors and government officials to discuss post-war recovery projects for Kyiv.
