The Mayor of Kyiv, Vitali Klitschko, welcomed entrepreneurs at the city hall to celebrate their professional holiday and presented awards to representatives of private and municipal enterprises.
«Every year on the first Sunday of September, Ukraine celebrates Entrepreneur's Day. Your work is a vital part of the economy, contributing to the budget and addressing social issues in both the capital and the country as a whole. This is especially true today during such a challenging time for the nation, as businesses face numerous hurdles. Despite the difficult political and socio-economic climate, and limited financial resources, the capital is implementing a Financial Support Program for small and medium enterprises. The city government is striving to build partnerships with businesses based on dialogue. We will continue to foster the growth of small and medium enterprises», – emphasized Vitali Klitschko.
The Mayor thanked Kyiv's entrepreneurs for continuing to operate, pay taxes, and provide jobs amidst the war. He also expressed gratitude to those volunteering to assist the Armed Forces. Many entrepreneurs are currently fighting on the front lines.
Vitali Klitschko awarded 46 entrepreneurs and employees of private and municipal enterprises with Kyiv City Mayor's Gratitudes and Honorary Certificates.
