Today in front of Kyiv City Hall, Ukraine's national flag was raised in a ceremonial event attended by military personnel, city council members, and community representatives.

Ukraine continues to fight for its freedom. Our flag — is a symbol of statehood and strength. It is a protective emblem that our soldiers carry into battle. We raise the national flag in honor of our defenders and the resilience of the Ukrainian people. With it, we pay tribute to the fallen Heroes.  Ukraine has shown that it will not retreat in its bloody struggle for freedom, its land, and its European future.
