A charity screening of the Ukrainian film «Toloka» was held in the Darniцkyi district of Kyiv. The event was organized by the charity fund «Revival of the Strong» with the support of the local administration. This was announced by the head of the district administration, Oleksandr Kovtunov.

The film «Toloka» is based on the work of Taras Shevchenko, «At that Kateryna's hut on the bridge…». The plot spans over 400 years of Ukrainian history and highlights 14 significant events for the Ukrainian people.

Before the screening, guests were treated to live music — a saxophone performance created a cozy atmosphere. Director Mykhailo Illienko, who attended the event, shared interesting stories about the making of the film.

The event gathered veterans, their families, friends, and caring Kyiv residents. Organizers emphasize that such events not only provide opportunities for shared relaxation but also support those who have gone through the war.
