On August 12, Ukraine's Minister of Youth and Sports, Matviy Bidny, unveiled a new digital platform for youth opportunities: http://easy.gov.ua
This event took place during the UkrMolForum 2025 «Youth Here» in Kyiv.
«We are launching a digital portal that will showcase opportunities for youth from government institutions and private organizations. Alongside this, we are initiating beta testing of the dialog assistant «IZI», which helps identify personalized opportunities. This is the first step towards creating a large support ecosystem for youth,» emphasized Matviy Bidny.
The assistant «IZI», built on artificial intelligence, is a key digital tool for engaging with youth on the platform. It is available on popular messaging apps, understands voice commands, and operates with a verified database of opportunities. Participants of the UkrMolForum were the first to join the beta testing. After the beta testing phase, further expansion of functionality into the Diya ecosystem is planned.
The portal already has a starting database of opportunities: educational, business, social, cultural, and career-related. This list will be continuously updated as new partners join and proposals come in response to youth requests. There is already a form on the portal through which any private organization that creates opportunities can submit their proposals for inclusion in the portal's database.
«We haven't just created a portal; we have established a mechanism that allows everyone to be heard. The assistant «IZI» is a direct communication channel between youth and the state. We will be able to see statistics on all user requests, understand the demand, and convey this need to potential opportunity organizers. Together, we will make youth support policies truly targeted and effective,» concluded Matviy Bidny.
«Modern youth expects fast, convenient, and personalized services, which is precisely what we aimed to achieve with this platform. We are pleased to support the project and contribute to its development, particularly the technical creation of the portal that enables young people to find their path, opportunities, and voice in the state more quickly,» commented Victor Liakh, President of the Eastern Europe Foundation.
«The first version of the assistant «IZI» is already operational in popular messaging apps, but we view it as part of a larger digital ecosystem. For our team, it is crucial to support Ukrainian youth, which is why we happily joined the development of the MVP version and assisted with beta testing. The next steps will involve even deeper personalization and an expansion of features to ensure young people can discover and utilize opportunities without barriers,» explained Dmytro Hryshchuk, founder and director of PipeLogicAI.
The youth opportunity platform has been implemented with the coordinated support of the Youth Affairs Council under the President of Ukraine and expert guidance from the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine, with support from the Swiss-Ukrainian EGAP program, which is being implemented by the Eastern Europe Foundation. PipeLogicAI organized the development and beta testing of the AI assistant.
