Starting from August 14, Kyiv will implement new reverse traffic regulations in an experimental mode in collaboration with the Patrol Police.

These changes are a result of bridge repairs, which have led to significant delays in vehicular movement. The Department of Transport Infrastructure of Kyiv City State Administration reported this.

The reverse traffic schedule is as follows:

• In the morning, there will be 3 lanes open from the left bank to the right bank, with 1 lane in the opposite direction;
• Approximately from 2 PM, there will be 3 lanes to the left bank and 1 lane to the right bank;
• On weekends, there will be 2 lanes in each direction.

Patrol police will monitor adherence to the new traffic regime during the initial days.

The department urges drivers to pay close attention to road signs, follow traffic rules, and plan their routes considering these changes.
