The new exhibition at the Khanenko Museum reveals the cultural heritage of the family and their contributions to the art world.

From June 26 to September 14, the museum will host the exhibition «Art in Numbers». The display will feature rare books and artifacts from the Khanenko library.

According to the organizers, all items were sourced from the family's archives, with the preparation taking over two years. This exhibition is the culmination of extensive efforts.

Why the title «Art in Numbers»? It relates to new classifications found in the family's archives where art began to be categorized using new standards.

The Khanenko archives contain a wealth of masterpieces, from manuscripts to paintings by renowned artists.

«I visited the new exhibition at the museum - it's an excellent opportunity to learn more about art. The display of the Khanenko library was particularly impressive. I highly recommend it», a visitor shared.

The exhibition features four rooms where you can explore book collections, letters, and newspaper clippings related to the museum.

The second room showcases the library's evolution and its historical challenges, along with significant documents related to social changes.

The third room is dedicated to international connections and recognition, displaying works by artists close to the Khanenko family.

The final room contains collections of foreign art, including exhibits from China, Greece, and Rome.

«This exhibition left a deep impression with its collection of world art. The museum atmosphere allows for a profound immersion into art», a visitor noted.
