On July 6, coinciding with Navy Day, a ceremonial unveiling of the new postage stamp featuring the corvette 'Hetman Ivan Mazepa' took place.

This was announced by Vice Admiral Oleksiy Neizhpapa, the Commander of the Ukrainian Navy.

This ship is the first in a series of advanced Ukrainian corvettes and is expected to be the most formidable combat unit and flagship of the national military fleet, according to the announcement.

The stamp features a modern combat ship along with the symbols of the Hetman of the Zaporizhian Army, representing respect for the glorious history of the Navy.
