In 2025, the total revenue of the largest IT companies in Ukraine reached 56.48 billion UAH. Not all previous participants remained in the ranking, as two of them dropped out.

In the top position for revenue is GlobalLogic Ukraine, owned by American company Bonus Technology INC. The annual revenue remained almost unchanged at 11.66 billion UAH (+2%), while profit decreased by 28% to 653 million UAH. This is the first time the company has held this leading position.
The top three were completed by two companies from Epam, founded by Arkadiy Dobkin, which together account for a third of the earnings of the top ten. Epam Systems, which had led the index for two consecutive years, fell to second place with a revenue of 11.35 billion UAH (-10% compared to 2023), but profit increased by 27% to 1.67 billion UAH.
Epam Digital continues to improve its performance as well, with a revenue of 7.5 billion UAH (+25%) and a profit of 838 million UAH (+11%), securing third place in the ranking.
Luxoft Solutions, a subsidiary of Swiss Luxoft, remains fourth despite a revenue drop to 5.45 billion UAH (-7%) and profit decrease to 263.6 million UAH (-12%).
The Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias" took the fifth position with a revenue of 4.06 billion UAH (-6%). However, the company's profit increased by 18% to 300.7 million UAH, owned by IT Elite Limited.
SoftServe Technologies, founded by Taras Kitzmey and Yaroslav Lyubynets, climbed to sixth place with a revenue of 3.83 billion UAH, which is 1.6 times higher than last year, though profit remained at 210 million UAH.
Fintech Band, founded by Oleg Gorokhovsky and Mykhailo Rogalsky, lost two positions due to a revenue decrease to 3.71 billion UAH and a profit drop to 1.15 billion UAH.
Infopulse Ukraine ranks ninth, reducing its revenue to 3.06 billion UAH (-5%) and profit to 332.7 million UAH (-14%).
Among the newcomers in the ranking is Haiload Solutions, with a revenue of 3.22 billion UAH and a profit of 2.4 billion UAH, as well as Squad Ukraine, which increased its revenue to 2.6 billion UAH and profit to 80.6 million UAH over the year.
Seven out of ten companies chose the legal framework of Diya City, excluding Epam Systems, Luxoft Solutions, and the Institute of Information Technologies "Intellias".
This year, out of the index dropped Playtika Ukraine with a revenue of 2.14 billion UAH (-8%) and SoftServe Industry with a revenue of 889 million UAH, which decreased by more than half.
It’s worth noting that the total revenue of the top ten companies in healthcare in Ukraine reached 14.59 billion UAH.
