The government has allocated 1 billion UAH for addressing the aftermath of shelling in the most affected frontline areas, including communities in Odesa.
The funds will be directed towards five key areas: construction and equipping of shelters, additional protection of critical equipment, emergency rescue operations, repair of engineering networks, and creation of fuel reserves.
