During the period from February 23 to 28, the NBU sold 742.2 million USD, which is a decrease of 455.1 million USD compared to the previous week. Meanwhile, the NBU bought 280 thousand USD during this week.
On October 2, 2023, the National Bank announced its transition to a floating exchange rate. Starting October 3, 2023, the official dollar rate began to fluctuate for the first time since July 2022.
