Entrepreneurs in Ukraine have gained unique opportunities for stable business development through new financing conditions offered by Bank Credit Dnipro. This program, implemented under the "Affordable Loans 5-7-9%" initiative, provides small businesses with attractive terms: low interest rates, long repayment periods, and a simplified application process. Participants also benefit from free annual insurance from INGO, which is a significant advantage.
Loans can be used for purchasing business real estate or equipment. Key advantages of the program include partial interest rate compensation, which can be reduced to 5% when creating new jobs. The maximum loan amount reaches 10 million UAH, while the repayment term can extend up to 7 years. The one-time fee is 1.5%, making it a highly competitive offer in the Ukrainian market.
The insurance coverage provided to entrepreneurs as part of this program is one of its most critical aspects. The leading insurance company in the segment, INGO, offers coverage for classic risks such as fires and accidents, as well as risks related to war, including missile strikes or drone debris.
Insurance covers compensation for damaged property and financial losses if a business must halt operations due to military actions. A significant feature of the program is that the insurance protection comes into effect immediately upon signing the agreement. This ensures that entrepreneurs can be confident in the safety of their business from day one.
"We participated in this loan program to support entrepreneurs in overcoming uncertainties during martial law and threats from aggressors," emphasized Andriy Semchenko, the corporate business director.
"One of the main barriers to investment is the fear of unforeseen losses that can negatively impact a company's financial status. The lack of protection against such risks can halt not only individual businesses but also slow down the overall economic development of the country. Therefore, the collaboration between Bank Credit Dnipro and INGO is strategically important for overcoming these barriers," noted Andriy Semchenko.
The bank is confident that the option of insurance covering war risks adds substantial value to the loan offering.
"We actively support our resilient businesses that, despite all circumstances, continue to operate and find growth and scaling opportunities," said Pavlo Lykhmanov, the director of the small and microbusiness department.
"The insurance coverage includes not only material damages but also losses related to business interruptions due to war risks. This enables businesses to recover quickly and continue their operations," added Pavlo.
The loan application process is not complicated and follows standard procedures. Entrepreneurs need to fill out an application on the bank's website, after which they will receive consultation on the necessary documents.
Financing is already available for enterprises that have financial statements for the past year, a positive credit history, and have been operational for at least 12 months. This program can be a vital tool for entrepreneurs looking to make long-term investments in their business development despite the unstable economic conditions of martial law.
