During an online monitoring operation, police personnel discovered provocative video content. In one of the clips, a young man dressed in a police uniform was performing Russian songs with inappropriate language.
Police officers, along with criminal analysis analysts, identified the offender as a 20-year-old resident of Kyiv. He explained that he did this to gain more followers on social media.
The police issued an administrative protocol against the young man under Article 184-3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses for the illegal use of attributes belonging to the National Police of Ukraine. The offender faces a fine of up to 34,000 hryvnias.
Authorities emphasize that using police uniforms, insignia, or other attributes without legal grounds is a violation of the law and carries administrative penalties.
