Prosecutors in Kyiv have charged six individuals with the organization of a scheme for selling counterfeit Polish driver's licenses.
According to the press service of the Kyiv city prosecutor's office, these individuals are suspected of fraud related to the sale of fake documents. They offered potential clients supposedly legitimate driver's licenses from the Republic of Poland for prices ranging from 1,500 to 2,500 euros.
In reality, all these documents were forged. Law enforcement agents documented an attempt to sell one of the licenses for 67,000 hryvnias. Under criminal law, all suspects face up to 8 years of imprisonment.
