The President stated that "Russia is attacking Ukraine once again".

He noted that Kharkiv was hit by "Shahed" drones.

As a result of the strikes, residential buildings, enterprises, and civilian infrastructure were damaged.

Zelensky added that currently, more than 40 people are reported injured. Rescue teams and relevant services are working at the scene.

Direct quote from Zelensky: "There were no military targets, and there could not be any, except for causing harm to peaceful citizens.

Russia strikes residential areas when Ukrainians are home, putting their children to sleep.

Only inhumane beings can issue and execute such orders.

While the world hesitates in its response, almost every night in Ukraine becomes a nightmare that claims lives.

Ukraine needs enhanced air defense. We require strong and effective measures from our partners: the United States, Europe, and all who seek peace. Only strength and sanctions will compel Russia to stop."
