In Kyiv's Svyatoshyn District, rescuers managed to pull a man alive from the debris of a building destroyed by Russian forces.

This information was shared by Pavlo Petrov, spokesperson for the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in Kyiv, during a national news marathon.

According to Petrov, "We found a young man, estimated to be under 30 years old, who had been trapped for more than six hours."

Importantly, the man was conscious, which aided rescuers in locating him.

"We paused for a minute of silence, and he responded to the rescuers' voices," Petrov added.
