Direct quote from the governor: "The enemy attacked Kupiansk with guided aviation bombs. As a result of the strike, 55 private houses were destroyed or damaged. Initially, 4 people were reported injured".
Details: Later, Synegubov added that the number of injured had risen to 7.
Currently, emergency services are working at the site, and medical personnel are providing assistance to the injured.
The State Emergency Service also reported that the attack caused 3 fires in the city, which have since been extinguished.
