Details: The leader of the aggressor state stated that "Russia has always been favorable towards truces, hence the initiative for Easter".
Putin also noted that there was a decrease in combat activity from Kyiv; however, over 5,000 attacks were recorded, with the Russian side failing to adhere to the ceasefire conditions, violating the truce nearly 3,000 times in just one day in April, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Additionally, he highlighted the need to "clarify" Ukraine's proposal regarding not targeting civilian objects.
