As of the morning of February 11, power outages are reported in three regions of Ukraine due to Russian strikes. This was announced by NEC "Ukrenergo" on Facebook.

"Due to military actions and targeted enemy strikes on energy infrastructure, new outages have occurred in Zaporizhia, Dnipropetrovsk, and Kharkiv regions. Emergency recovery operations are being carried out with safety considerations. Energy workers are doing everything possible to restore the damaged equipment promptly," the report states.

It is noted that as a result of previous massive attacks, emergency power outages are being implemented in some areas. In other parts of the country, power limitation schedules for industries and hourly power outages for residential consumers are in effect.

Electricity consumption as of 9:30 AM Wednesday is 2.1% lower than the previous day, which is a result of the necessary increase in outages in certain regions.

"The need for energy conservation remains throughout the day. Please limit the use of high-power appliances as much as possible. If possible, shift energy-intensive processes to nighttime hours – after 11 PM," advises Ukrenergo.

As previously reported, President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that the most challenging situation with energy supply remains in Kyiv – in the capital, over 1,400 buildings are still without heating, and the government is initiating an increase in the volume of the thermal package program.
