The air defense forces of Ukraine successfully neutralized 110 out of 125 drones launched by the aggressor on the evening of February 9.
This was reported by the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine on Facebook.
According to the information, starting from 6:00 PM on Monday, February 9, the enemy attacked Ukraine with 125 strike UAVs, including Shahed, "Gerbera", "Italmas", and other types launched from the directions of Kursk, Oryol, Bryansk, Primorsko-Akhtarsk, Shatalovo, and Millerovo. Approximately 70 of these were Shahed type drones.
The defense was carried out by aviation, anti-aircraft missile troops, electronic warfare units, and mobile fire groups of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
According to preliminary data, as of 8:30 AM on Tuesday, February 10, the air defense managed to destroy or suppress 110 enemy drones in the north, south, and east of the country.
Hits from 13 strike UAVs were recorded at six locations, along with debris falling at two sites.
The attack continues, and enemy UAVs remain in the airspace.
In the Odesa region, as a result of the Russian strike on energy infrastructure, several settlements in three communities have been partially cut off from electricity.
