The air defense forces of Ukraine successfully neutralized 558 drones and 19 missiles launched by Russian forces during the night of November 29. This was reported by the Ukrainian Air Force via Telegram.
The enemy launched a combined strike on critical infrastructure using various drones and missiles, primarily targeting the Kyiv region.
According to radar troops, a total of 632 air threats were detected and tracked, including 36 missiles and 596 drones:
- 596 attack drones of the Shahed type, launched from Kursk, Oryol, Millerovo, and other regions; about 350 of these are “Shaheds”;
- 5 air-launched ballistic missiles X-47M2 “Kinzhal”;
- 23 cruise missiles X-101/Iskander-K;
- 4 ballistic missiles “Iskander-M”;
- 4 guided air-to-surface missiles X-59/69.
The strikes were repelled by aviation, anti-aircraft missile forces, electronic warfare units, and drone systems of the Ukrainian Defense Forces.
As of 10:30, preliminary data indicates that 577 aerial targets were shot down or suppressed:
- 558 enemy drones;
- 1 ballistic missile X-47M2 “Kinzhal”;
- 12 cruise missiles;
- 4 ballistic missiles;
- 2 guided air-to-surface missiles.
Missile impacts and 35 drones were recorded at 22 locations, with debris falling at 17 locations.
